When you activate a new Cashless School Parent Account, you enter your email address, create a password, and you create your own security question and answer. That's it!
How do I change my secret PIN?
At any time, and from any Internet connection, you can change your secret password or PIN (personal identification number). Go to the Cashless School Parent Accounts website www.CashlessSchools.com, and change the information on the Parent Profile option from the top left navigation menu.

What happens if I forget my PIN?
Go to the Cashless School Parent Accounts website, enter your Cashless School Parent Account number, and click the Forget your PIN? You will be prompted to enter your Online User Name, your email address, and the answer to your security question. Then follow the online instructions.

At any time, and from any Internet connection, you can check your Child's Account balance.
Go to the Cashless School Parent Accounts website, sign in and the Account balance is displayed on the screen.
