I have loved being apart of this Cashless Initiative - I think it's a great system. The number of fees I'm able to pay online is amazing and now I no longer have write checks or scramble for cash for field trips and uniforms. This is so convenient and so easy. I'm all for it!

I don't like to pay school fees with cash. Yesterday I forgot it was pizza day at my daughter's school, so I went online and paid it quickly. I love the pay online feature.

Last year was a nightmare looking for $1.50 here and $2.00 there. It just about drove me crazy trying to find cash all of the time. Cashless Schools is a fabulous idea. Thank you for bringing it to Harrison this year. It took me 10 seconds to set up my account and transfer money from my banking institution to the parent center. Plus it's so easy to navigate through. My oldest son is at Centennial, I sure hope this lands there soon. On a scale of 1-10 this ranks as a definite 10 for convenience!

Cashless Schools is very convenient and we really like that we no longer have to go looking around the house for cash!

I think the system is a great tool. I'm so relieved that I no longer have to send money to school with my grade 9 son. He is going on a geography field trip and it was all set up to be paid online. I also really liked being able to set up a maximum expenditure amount for my son's cafeteria spending. I even viewed his transaction history to confirm he's is making nutritious choices. Recently I used the 'advance deposit feature' so I didn't have to wait the 48 hours for the money to move from my bank to the parent center and I was able to pay 2 fees quickly online. Wonderful!

It’s  such an easy way to pay fees. It's easy to access and set up. 
I like the being able to see what my son is paying for.  I can make sure he’s eating right.  This system really helps me to keep track of expenses with no additional effort and no more checks!!!  On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd rank this as a 9.5!!!!

I manage over a million dollars a year and I have really enjoyed working towards a Cashless school. I can tell this will be the way of the future. At the click of a button you can see everything a student has paid for. Cashless is a beauty! It is starting to save our teachers from having to keep track of money in the classroom. I also enjoyed the way the trainers help me count the cash & checks. I was provided with an online resource; just one step up from a calculator, but it has really organized the way I put my deposits together and helped me cut my task time in half.

The idea of eliminating cash in schools is the way of the future.  By eliminating cash and using direct deposit everyone will benefit: easier for parents, safer for students, not to mention the time it will save the teaching and office staff.  I also appreciate that this company realizes that there are parents who may not have or use computers and have provided them alternative options with phone banking or directly at their bank. The system is user friendly and quick to sign up.

Administratively and personally, I see the safety for students and convenience for parents. If a parent finds out late about an activity or food day, they can pay right away and the student is not disappointed. I have enjoyed being one of the first five schools to pilot this Cashless Schools initiative and I Love the program!
